In addition to the Registered Manager, the home employs Duty Managers, Care Assistants, an Administrator, a Premises Manager,  Cooks, Kitchen Porters, Housekeepers and an Activity Coordinator, we also have a number of staff on the Bank, including  General Assistants and Care Staff.The Registered Manager prides herself on the longstanding service that she has given to Susan Day Residential Home and is extremely knowledgeable of the service and well respected by residents, their families and all staff groups.
